Ruby's Diner at 550 Deep Valley Drive, Rolling Hills Estates, California.

I thought this place was great for kids and for a cheap and quick meal. This place does not serve the best quality food; however it is decent enough. I had a Chicken Caesar Salad, which was pretty good, except for what seemed like microwaved chicken. Otherwise, the salad was a good choice. A child diner will love this place for the classic diner feel, many kids choices, and a cardboard car to keep himself busy. An ice skating rink is located next to the diner, so if you are coming from skating, this is a good choice. Again, this is not my choice of a restaurant when I want to eat out, but it is perfect for a quick, easy, and cheap meal.

Burnt onion rings. Waiter/waitresses rarely come to your table; take order, give water, give check.
